DECEPTION! SO WHAT ELSE IS NEW?

Humanists believe everyone is basically good but our wise Founders knew better. They gave us a Constitution to put restraints on elected leaders of our Republic and as long as they stayed under the Constitution’s umbrella of protection and obeyed their oath of office, things would go well for our country.

Now let's move into the spiritual realm where the communist ACLU deceived Christians into believing we had “separation of church and state” while all along, the Bible was being changed to emasculate the basic tenets of Christianity. The stock market is now more important than the Scriptures. Billy Graham and his friends have long disregarded doctrine and subsequent acceptance of every aberration that goes by the name of Christian; necessary for the eventual unification of all religious thought. Therefore, opposition to deception in the Church is being stifled under the pretense that those who expose deceivers are sowing discord among brethren and hindering unity, when in actuality, they are just trying to warn others.[4] The Lord said in the last days even the elect would be deceived.

While people are learning about the international banking cartel called the Federal Reserve, how many know it was German-born financier Paul Warburg, who more than anyone, was the Fed’s actual architect? He remarked to Edward Manell House, the omnipresent adviser to President Woodrow Wilson, “Well, it hasn’t got quite everything we want, but the lack can be adjusted later by administrative process.” The author of the article says, “Here we had a classic example of getting something on the books that could later be made quietly more powerful.”[1]

Matthew 24 warns about false teachers and false “Christs” and even Oprah and friends are teaching a Course in Miracles on the New Age Christ.

Our Constitutional government and national sovereignty hang by a thread. The time could be approaching when the question will not be whether America can be saved but whether America is worth saving. Sodom and Gomorrah were not! ...MORE

Watchdogs prompt FBI to withdraw 'unconstitutional' National Security Letter

The FBI has withdrawn an illegal National Security Letter seeking information from an online library and has lifted a gag order that until Wednesday prevented any discussion of the information request. Lawyers from the American Civil Liberties Union and Electronic Frontier Foundation helped the Internet Archive push back against what they say was an overly broad and unlawful request for information on one of its users. The FBI issued its National Security Letter in November, but ACLU, EFF and Archive officials were precluded from discussing it with anyone because of a gag order they say was unconstitutional. - by Nick Juliano - rawstory.com - May 7, 2008

ACLU Wants Smut Sold to Children

What a disturbing story this is! The American Civil Liberties Union in Oregon along with booksellers have challenged a state law restricting the sale of sexually-explicit material to children. Secret Service, Denver sued over convention plans

The ACLU of Colorado filed a federal lawsuit Friday against the U.S. Secret Service and the city of Denver to ensure protesters can march and demonstrate within sight and hearing of delegates at the Democratic National Convention this August. According to court documents and protest organizers, the city says it's been waiting on the Secret Service to disclose the security boundaries before it can act. ACLU: Denver arrest policy could lead to "catastrophic situation" at DNC

Civil-rights activists say a Denver police policy could result in mass arrests and a clogged jail during the 2008 Democratic National Convention, and they have filed a claim seeking monetary damages over its use last Columbus Day parade. Clogged jail? Try Drano! "We think there is a strong possibility that Denver is headed for a very disastrous and catastrophic situation," said Mark Silverstein, who directs the Colorado American Civil Liberties Union. - May 1, 2008

Christians allow groups like ACLU to control schools

Evolution wasn’t actively taught in public schools until 1963, but many years leading up to 1963 the majority of scientists believed in evolution. The reason evolution is the only taught theory in public schools today is because Christians are lazy and allow groups like the ACLU to control our schools. - MankatoFreePress.com - April 30, 2008

ACLU oversteps in Texas polygamy case

Come one, come all, to the greatest show this side of Broadway! It's right here in Eldorado, Texas! Yes, events in Eldorado are developing into the biggest media circus since the Michael Jackson trial. Every cable news station is camped out on a lonely Texas road, and speculation over the raid of the Yearning for Zion polygamous compound is rampant. Even the American Civil Liberties Union has chosen to display its increasing lack of coherence by throwing its legal hat in the ring, causing one to question the legitimacy of the organization's latest actions. - By Andrew Haesloop - The Santa Clara - May 1, 2008

ACLU Disappointed With Supreme Court’s Voter ID Decision

Decision Will Harm Eligible Voters, But Leaves Door Open To Future New Legal Challenges

WASHINGTON, DC - April 28 - In a 6-3 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court today rejected a challenge to Indiana’s most-restrictive-in-the-nation voter identification law. The American Civil Liberties Union's case, Crawford v. Marion County Election Board — consolidated with Indiana Democratic Party v. Rokita — is an appeal of two lower court decisions that upheld the state's law requiring voters to present government-issued photo IDs in order to vote. The ACLU argued that the Indiana law creates an unconstitutional burden on voting rights.

“Today’s decision minimizes the very real burden that Indiana’s voter ID law places on tens of thousands of eligible voters who lack a government-issued identification while accepting at face value Indiana’s unsubstantiated claim of voter fraud,” said Ken Falk, Legal Director of the ACLU of Indiana and lead counsel on the case.

In January 2007, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Chicago upheld Indiana’s voter ID law by understating the right of every individual to vote without being subject to undue burdens imposed by the state. There is no evidence that Indiana's voter ID law is justified by any actual problem of voting fraud, which is already prohibited by various criminal statutes in the state. No cases of in-person voting fraud have been prosecuted in the state in recent history.

“We are very disappointed in today’s decision, but it leaves the door open to future challenges in Indiana and elsewhere by registered voters who are denied their right to vote based on onerous and unconstitutional voter ID laws,” said ACLU Legal Director Steven R. Shapiro. “We should be seeking ways to encourage more people to vote, not inventing excuses to deny citizens their constitutional voting rights.”

The Supreme Court's decision on the constitutionality of voter ID laws has broad national significance with the 2008 election underway. Indiana is one of over 20 states that have passed restrictive voter ID laws, while other states are considering similar legislation. Plaintiffs in the ACLU's case include the Indianapolis branch of the NAACP as well as organizations representing the elderly, the homeless, and people with disabilities, along with two elected officials.

“As the dissent notes, Indiana’s law will sadly but predictably have its greatest impact on voters who are poor, elderly, belong to racial minorities, or have disabilities,” said Angela Ciccolo, Interim General Counsel with the NAACP.

Attorneys on the case, Crawford v. Marion County, are Shapiro of the national ACLU; Falk, Jacquelyn Bowie Suess and Gavin Rose of the ACLU of Indiana; Laughlin McDonald and Neil Bradley of the ACLU Voting Rights Project; Ciccolo, and Victor Goode of the national NAACP: and Pamela Karlan and Jeffrey Fisher.

For the past week I have been standing by my friend, John Freshwater, a public school teacher who has been ordered by the Mount Vernon City Schools to remove his own personal Bible from his desk.

ACLU Intimidates and Seeks to Deny Free Speech to Christians

"It's very troubling for the government to dictate what kind of prayers Christians can or cannot offer in the public forum," says Dr. Gary Cass. "Jesus taught His disciples to pray to the Father in His name. To require Christians to not pray in the name of Jesus Christ is asking them to pray contrary to their faith. By what authority does the Government deny Christians their First Amendment right to pray according to the dictates of their conscience?" ...

Links for those who refuse to admit there is a concerted effort to destroy America

[Anyone willing to do some personal research will become convinced — correctly — that the world Power Elite structure is diabolically intent on turning YOU, the Citizens of the United States, and all other "free" countries, into their collective slaves. This assertion CANNOT be refuted. - ed.]

American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) - a Communist organ with the express goal of destroying the United States

Council on Foreign Relations - think tank, expert in the use of "double-speak", globalist, new world order, anti-sovereignty membership

SPP / Security and Prosperity Partnership - propaganda outlet of the U.S. Government, run by the U.S. Dept. of Commerce

Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA-ALCA) - participation by the United States through the Office of the United States Trade Representative

...and these are only the tip of the iceberg. These are the same people who disparage Ron Paul and his supporters.
