I Am An American!

Free republics are not known to have long life expectancies. At the ripe old age of two hundred and thirty-two, America is definitely showing her age. She is long past her prime, and some are predicting her demise. No, some are PLANNING her demise.

Thomas Jefferson and the other founders of this once-great country believed there was a controlling cabal that was crafting America's servitude. With the assistance of Heaven, they decided to fight those forces. Pastors fought with fiery sermons from the pulpit; newsmen fought with the power of the pen; statesmen fought in the halls of Congress; and merchants fought with the sacrifice of their material gain. Together, they lifted Lady Liberty to her feet and defeated the powers of darkness.

It took the global elite a long time to recover, but they have reemerged with a vengeance. They are now on the precipice of accomplishing what their great granddaddies failed to do: bring the "Liberty or Death" colonists under their power and control.

Sadly, we no longer have the will to resist servitude. Our pulpits are too busy preaching a prosperity gospel; newsmen are in bed with the forces they once disdained; statesmen have been replaced with opportunistic, self-serving politicians; and merchants know no god but money. Hence, it is left to a small--and I mean very small--remnant to sound the clarion call for freedom and independence. Unfortunately, few seem to be listening to their cries.

2010 seems to be a banner year for these designers of despotism. That is the target year for the implementation of the North American Community, which will commercially unite the United States with Canada and Mexico. The global elite suffered a minor setback when the U.S. Senate failed to pass the Bush/McCain/Kennedy/Graham amnesty-for-illegal-aliens bill. But if you think that John Mccain is going to let that bill lie on the floor of defeat, you don't understand these people. Should McCain become President, He will do everything he can to implement some kind of amnesty law. Barack Obama will do the same. The reason? It is essential to the designers of despotism that our borders be eliminated.

Yes, I am saying it: George W. Bush, John McCain, and Barack Obama are part of the global elite that seeks America's entrance into an international New World Order. In fact, neither Presidential candidate from the two major parties will offer any resistance to this obstinate and oppressive oligarchy.

Perhaps one day the American people will wake up and realize that they are being led as sheep to the slaughter. I'm just not sure that it will be soon enough, however. 2010 is just around the corner.

There seems to be only one obstacle standing in the way of the globalists: America's citizens are the most heavily armed people in the world. That fact must surely stick in the throats of the globalists like a chicken bone.

Thank God that America's founders put the Second Amendment in the Constitution. Without America's deep-rooted commitment to the right of the people to keep and bear arms, we would have been sold into slavery decades ago.

Without the intellectual understanding of the principles of freedom and the moral resolve to maintain those principles, however, guns, by themselves, will only protect us for so long. In the end, our strength and protection come from God, and not too many people these days seem to be interested in His opinion.

Lady Liberty is walking very gingerly these days, and the path she treads is laden with traps and quicksand. The globalists have their handpicked puppets positioned to take up where The Three Amigos (George Bush I, Bill Clinton, and George Bush II) have left off. The pieces of the puzzle are almost all in place. 2010 just might be the year that Lady Liberty lowers her torch, folds her arms, and falls fast asleep.

For what it is worth, however, I pledge no loyalty to this emerging New World Order. Neither will I let Lady Liberty die without a fight. I will say it again: the battle today is not between conservatives and liberals or Republicans and Democrats. It is a battle between Americans and globalists. And, Ladies and Gentlemen, I am an American!

Constitution Party’s Chuck Baldwin Only Candidate Voicing Ire Over Senate’s Underhanded Pro-Amnesty Ploy

Lancaster, PA - May 21, 2008 - America’s fastest-growing and largest third party based on voter registrations (Ballot Access News) points to yet another ‘in-your-face’ pro-amnesty bill as further proof the two parties controlling government have ignored the will of the American people on the issue of illegal immigration.

“What the pro-amnesty elitists could not do in the sunshine, they are attempting to do under cover of darkness,” noted Constitution Party presidential candidate Chuck Baldwin (www.baldwin2008.com). >“Inexcusable. That is the only way to describe the fact that both parties have tried to hoodwink the American people. By attaching an amnesty provision to a bill designed to provide for our soldiers in Iraq, the Senate Appropriations Committee’s Iraq Supplemental Funding bill (appropriations.senate.gov) is being used as a vehicle to give a free ride to illegals,” Baldwin added.

Long critical of illegal immigration (www.chuckbaldwinlive.com) and the two party collusion that has allowed it to continue unchecked, Baldwin further noted, “Will elected officials who keep ignoring the will of the people on illegal immigration stop at nothing, even if it means using the honor of our soldiers to push yet another velvet-glove amnesty bill?”

The bill contains provisions which would grant upwards of a million and a half illegal workers and their relatives amnesty.

“The language in this bill uses a chicken-little approach to push amnesty - falsely claiming farmers won’t have the seasonal help they need without this provision. Fact is, agricultural workers using H-2 visas could come here, work on farms and then return to their native countries. This is the way it was done for years in this country. Now we have millions of illegals who come here initially as farm workers and often times leave those farm jobs and become a burden on the infrastructure of the country. The taxpayers’ backs are breaking by having to pay to educate, incarcerate and medicate those here unlawfully,” Baldwin noted.

High website traffic at www.constitutionparty.com in the wake of the party’s nomination of the staunch secure-borders, anti-amnesty presidential candidate Chuck Baldwin, shows Americans are considering the third party option in November in light of the likelihood that pro-amnesty GOP contender John McCain and pro-amnesty Democrat contenders Clinton and Obama would be their other ballot options.

AgJOBS Immigration Bill Is Stealth Amnesty

The debate over immigration amnesty could soon return to the Senate floor. According to press reports, Senator Diane Feinstein (D–CA) plans to attach the proposed Agricultural Job Opportunities, Benefits, and Security Act of 2007 (AgJOBS) to the Farm Bill Extension Act of 2007. The AgJOBS bill is all too similar to the comprehensive immigration reform bill that was rejected in Congress last spring, which would have granted amnesty to millions of people who are unlawfully present in the United States. Amnesty would worsen the immigration problem in America, encouraging more illegal border crossings and undermining the credibility of American immigration laws. Congress should reform and expand programs for visiting agricultural workers rather than use farm bill legislation to pass stealth amnesty.

The Proof is in! Majority of Americans oppose "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" Amnesty!

We painfully watch as a few designer polls, that falsely claim a majority of Americans support "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" or a "path to citizenship" for illegal aliens currently in the US, get a great deal of press in the print media. The large volume of polls that contradict this claim get little coverage in the media.

But now the proof is truly in, and I hope many will join with me in daring Congress to take up "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" in 2008. Come on Congress, make my day!

The reason this unpopular legislation failed last year and the reason Congress is reluctant to take the issue up during an election year is they know the truth is a majority of American reject changing the current laws to allow illegal aliens to stay in the US.

If the propaganda coming out of the mouths of open borders fanatics like Rep. Joe Baca, (D-CA) or Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) were true, then members of Congress would be rushing to bring the legislation to the floor and eager to campaign on it in the 2008 elections. The fact that members of Congress do not want to address the legislation or campaign on it is proof that a majority of Americans reject the legislation.

Furthermore, if a majority of Americans really favored "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" amnesty, then why have 35 states passed immigration enforcement only legislation over the first few months in 2008? Why would Michigan, Oregon, and Maine cut off licenses to illegal aliens?


While a small group of states have passed a very small volume of bills to assist illegal aliens, the trend is clear that 95% of the legislation is designed to detect and arrest illegal aliens, push them out of jobs, and stop them from driving or receiving taxpayer benefits!

According to today's article by Patricia Zapor titled 'States take up immigration bills; Congress stays on sidelines' state legislators have considered more than 1,100 bills already in 2008 and the vast majority are for enforcement and lacking the benefits described in the DC bills calling for reform.

This is because most of our state legislators know what the public wants and are responding with enforcement bills.

So we can see that the massive trend towards enforcement only laws passed by states during an election year, combined with Congress trying to pretend the bills don't exist are proof that the public mandate rejects "Comprehensive Immigration Reform"

In closing, I want to point out that we have hundreds of polls showing that nearly 80% of Americans want the borders secured, local police enforcing immigration laws, no licenses for illegal aliens, no taxpayer benefits for illegal aliens, and businesses that hire illegal aliens to be punished.

The "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" bills supported by Baca, Gutierrez, McCain, Kennedy, Graham, Martinez, Clinton, Obama etc. would override all of the existing laws, which are supported by the public in these polls. It is insanity to believe the fake assertion that 80% of Americans oppose licenses for illegal aliens, but would support a bill in Washington that would give them all licenses. Are we to believe that 80% of Americans want local police to enforce immigration laws, but not on the 12-20 million illegal aliens in the US after Comprehensive Immigration Reform passed? By what stretch of the imagination should anyone believe that 80% of Americans do not want taxpayer benefits going to illegal aliens but it would be OK to give them taxpayer benefits after they paid a small fine and signed up for a new ID under Comprehensive Immigration Reform?

The truth is that the overwhelming evidence proves that a super majority of Americans oppose Comprehensive Immigration Reform, Guest Worker Program, Temporary Worker Program, Path to Citizenship, etc... That is why the supporters of amnesty have to keep changing the name!

A majority of Americans support the enforcement of our existing immigration laws only, which results in illegal aliens returning home on their own or with government assistance.

Any lawmaker, candidate, reporter, activist, or organization that supports the current lack of enforcement of the existing laws, or supports the overthrow of these laws by passage of new legislation, which a majority of Americans oppose, is a traitor to the American republic and an enemy of the citizens of the United States.

"We The People of the United States" will hold each of you accountable for the lost American jobs, tax monies, and lives suffered because of your agenda. We will hold you accountable for attempting to overthrow our Republic for which our flag stands, destroying the self governance of our citizenry, and subjugating the American majority by depriving us of the power to decide policy in our own nation at the behest of Global corporations.
